My weekend

I say my weekend because Mike worked all weekend so I pretty much had the weekend all to myself, and in return got many things done. For those that don't know I am a vendor at a wonderful store called The Pink Cabana. I sell woman's clothes there but my favorite is what I sew...baby dresses, lov'me blankets, and nestle blankets(swaddlers). I use to sell them out of my home with all the proceeds going to our IVF journey, it was called MAMA standing for Making Ashley's Motherhood Affordable. Now that we are on a different journey we will be selling my items with all proceeds going toward our adoption. Here are a few pics of what I sewed over the weekend. You can find these and other fabric designs at The Pink Cabana in Tampa. I will be adding new items frequently especially with the holidays right around the corner...FALL...Yippie!

Dora called! She was so sweet to tell me about her friend who recently adopted in Colombia, however she is a resident so it was much easier, less expensive and faster for her. She told me about the institute where she adopted from and just told me that she will call if she ever has any new information. It's just nice to know someone who doesn't even know us cares.
