Friday was crazy at work with Justin being gone and my mom being sick there was little time to rest but I guess that's what the weekend for....yea right....Saturday morning it all started over at 4:30am to watch Mike do a duathlon at Ft Desota, it was worth it though because he did get 2nd place! We will now begin to train for our next one which is my favorite in Venice beach only because we get to hang out at Sharkey's afterwards (a great little restaurant on the beach). We usually nap after races but not this time we had to get our house kid ready, yep we had our niece and nephew over to spend the night. It was so much fun, we had pretzels, popcorn, & M&Ms is that dinner? Well it was Saturday night and we ALL loved it. Needless to say no sleeping for us and they get up at 6:30am! I told them to go back to sleep but they said no it's morning. To smart for their own good. Sunday was drop off day and to home we went for some R&R. It was a great Sunday!
So adoption update: We mailed our application fee! First fee of many....here we go!
