Paperwork update (not much)

Our paper work for the home study is being reviewed and some papers have already been sent back to us. For instance they are in the process of running background checks on us and because Mike lived in Colorado and South Dakota they must have both states run his, oh but the kicker...South Dakota will not let our agency do this we had to send the release to South Dakota have them return it to us and then forward it to Bethany! Colorado on the other hand required $30 for theirs! Good thing I stayed put in Florida! Our personal reference have already been turned in. Thanks for those ; ) so I guess we just wait for our background checks and hope that will complete the homework packet.
I am almost obsessed with following others blogs in search of adoption stories and so many times I see the work of Christ in families that have adopted domestically and internationally and it confirms my feelings. As my day comes to and end or just rising in the morning what matters most and offers the most peace is the love of God. To know he has a plan much larger than mine, to know that he carries the pain that I think I must carry, to know that my name, my life rests safely in the Book of Lambs. And to my little one, this is the first time I will write you. May you always feel the love of Christ through me and that by his power you became forever mine, forever ours. We are praying for you.
