I'm in love, we are in love, in love with a little person that has yet to arrive. It feels real every time we speak of her, feel her, see her, and most of all when family and friends celebrate her. The shower was nothing short of wonderful, beautiful, and spectacular. It was "The Greatest Show on Earth". The party started at 7pm and went on till 11:30pm I think it's safe to say we all enjoyed ourselves! We only played one game where we had people match up adoptive parents to their adopted kids(all famous people), this was much more like a cocktail party than a baby shower LOL. My mom worked on this shower for weeks and it came together perfectly. Thank you to all who were able to be there for Mike & I. We decided on a couples shower because adoption requires both of us to be ever present for Bobbie, we are happy that you men showed up to honor that too! Everyone of you went above and beyond with your generosity, we are so thankful for the gifts that soon baby L will be using! p.s most of you know her name but I haven't decided if I will use it here on the blog. We will now call her baby L as in previous posts she was our lil gem. So the countdown has really begun and we are excitedly waiting for the call. Next week she will be full term at 37 weeks and because we have more exciting news to share we are just waiting, as usual, to share it until baby L makes her debut. One thing at a time right!? So to say the least we are ready to be at the hospital being handed our miracle.
