Half the Mom

If I can just be half the mom my mom is I will be satisfied. My mom is incredible as my mom but as an "Oma" she surpasses anything I've ever seen. My siblings already I'm sure have figured that out since that have had her as their kids Oma for six years now but to me this is all new. My daughter is one blessed baby, she has her Oma to hold her, feed her, love on her, and teach me things I never knew and give me rest when I need it most. My mom is always a phone call away when not at my house. She fits in all six grandchildren into her day without blinking an eye. I don't know what she runs on but hopefully one day I will have it too. I want to be that mom, my mom, baby L's Oma.
