Motherhood

Being a mom is not easy, it leaves no room to do the simple things I was use to doing. Including this blog. So many important and precious milestones pass by and I put them in my memory and carry on with washing bottles, doing her tiny laundry, rocking and changing her and somewhere try to catch a nap. I'm on here today because Mike is home, Mike is giving me a break so I can BREAK OUR NEWS....on the morning of June 26 we finally saw something that had been missing for years that SECOND LINE on the pregnancy test. WE ARE PREGNANT!!! We were obviously working with the birth mom at that point and figured it was best to keep our news to ourselves until the adoption happened. Well we have our sweet baby L here and now we want to shout our blessings to the world. We prayed for a baby, we prayed for a birth mom, we prayed for my womb to open and receive, we cried out for a family and our family stood in the gap for us. Our blessings will be 4 months apart so that makes me 26 weeks, I am due February 24!

So on to motherhood again...I love being a mom to L and I love being pregnant it is such a wonderful fulfilling thing to me. However I am TIRED! So I can not promise to update frequently!
